MINISTRIES
God wants to use each of us to minister to people in our congregation as well as the larger community. We are convinced that Jesus Christ's presence will change our community as we proclaim the Gospel and provide holistic ministries in God's name. All of our efforts are aimed at the well-being of our entire community and the building blocks for our community interactions are prayer, study, outreach, and action.
The Bible clearly teaches that each member of the body of Christ has been given spiritual gifts for the purpose of building up the Church. The Church then strengthens the saints so they can live out the Gospel. This is the call of Natomas Life Ministries and the call is put into practice by these ministries throughout the year.
Ushering Ministry
NLM Ushering Ministry wishes to accommodate every congregants who enters the church with a seat in the most pleasant and efficient manner possible. We provide a comfortable, God-fearing and loving orderly atmosphere for the congregants to come and worship. To ensure that the members receive all necessary needs to enjoy a pleasant worship experience. To ensure that each member is safe and the sanctuary is setup for worship. To strive to make Natomas Life Ministry a place where people want to join because of the care received from the Ushers.
Women's Ministry
Each woman by faith and through the teaching of God’s Word will experience the transforming power of Christ in their lives, and thereby demonstrate kingdom living in the church, our families and our communities.
Worship Ministry
The Worship Ministry is to lead others into all-out, uncompromised worship of God. Our primary purpose is to give God the glory, honor and praise that He deserves.
Children's Ministry
The NLM Children’s Ministry is committed to changing the face of children through nurturing their spirit, preparing them to discover and develop a personal relationship with Jesus, and enabling them to face the future in Christ with the heart of a servant.
Youth Ministry-FLY (Faith Loving Youth)
The Youth Ministry at Natomas Life Ministries is to provide positive support as our young people grow in their walk with Christ.
Outreach Ministry
The purpose of Outreach Ministry is to reach those who are outside the walls of our Church with the message and the love of Jesus Christ. We do this by ministering to all we meet, especially those who are unsaved, un-churched, homeless, incarcerated as well as those that are away from home attending school (Colleges and Universities). We are blessed to be able to serve in the mission field in our community, nationally and internationally with our prayers and through our work in the missionary society programs, benevolence ministry, witnessing teams, and home away from home ministry.
